Observation

Three year old child was served mango. Child care staff was notified of the various allergies child has including mango. Child care staff served mango to the child, who then had an allergic reaction after ingesting the mango. Child care staff could not immediately locate the child's medication. Parent gave child care staff her child's inhaler (albuterol), and stil has not been located by child care staff since the allergic reaction to ingesting mango till present time.
